Here’s exactly what to expect when you work with Somewhere.

Refundable Deposit and Search

We take a $500 deposit to begin a search and start meeting candidates. This deposit is deducted from your final recruiting fee.

Offer Signed

When an offer is signed by your future team member, we charge a one time fee equal to 25-35% of the year 1 salary, depending on how many hires you make.

6 month guarantee

Each hire comes with a 6 month perfect-hire guarantee which includes a replacement hire if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.

Custom Plans

We also offer custom plans where we handle compliance, equipment, training and more to help your team scale quickly without the up-front fees.
